Counter Manager (M/W/D) Location: Berlin, KaDeWe | Full-time

Strictly selected – strictly Luxury is the motto of our owner-managed company, which has also become known to many end consumers through the retail online portal “NICHE-BEAUTY.COM” that we founded.
For our Atout Cosmetics Counter at KaDeWe in Berlin, we are looking for motivated and energetic Counter Managers (M/W/D) to start as soon as possible.

In addition to a confident and sovereign appearance, we expect you to:

  • Representation of the Atout Cosmetics brands in the KaDeWe in Berlin;
  • Professional advice to end consumers and acquisition of new customers;
  • Building up and maintaining a regular clientele;
  • Implementing sales campaigns and carrying out promotions;
  • Replenishing goods and ensuring an attractive, image-appropriate presentation of our products at the counter;
  • Carrying out administrative tasks, such as stock control and reporting sales figures;
  • Regular exchange and coordination with the area sales manager;

You should have the following qualifications:

  • A great sales talent with heart and self-confidence;
  • A strong sense of service and a high affinity for luxury products;
  • Very good German language skills;
  • Enthusiasm and creativity;
  • A high level of service and customer orientation;
  • High level of commitment, flexibility, and initiative;
  • Dynamic personality and open-minded nature;

Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager (M/W/D)
Full-time

For the further support of our growing international brand portfolio, we are looking for motivated and entrepreneurial Area Sales Managers with industry knowledge, especially for the regions of North Rhine-Westphalia, new federal states, Baden-Württemberg and Switzerland. This offer also applies to young talents who are planning their next career step.

In addition to a confident and sovereign appearance, we expect from you:

  • Personal support, advice, and expansion of the existing customer base
  • Identification and acquisition of new customers;
  • Responsibility for the sales and turnover budget in the relevant territory;
  • Conducting product training, presentations, and annual meetings:
  • Imparting product-specific and sales-promoting knowledge and information on new marketing measures, product launches as well as regular promotion sales;

You should have these qualifications:

  • Several years of sales experience in a cosmetics company;
  • Commercial flair combined with sound specialist knowledge and market knowledge of the cosmetics industry;
  • Communicative and team-oriented skills with a high degree of persuasiveness;
  • High level of commitment, flexibility, and initiative
    Dynamic personality and open-minded nature;
